As discussed, the item was the correct one, it just came in the manufacturer packaging with a different product code, so we apologise for any confusion this caused. Refunds can take up to 7-days to be processed, but we ensured that this was expedited and refunded as soon as the item arrived back with us, it can then take a few working days for the banks to process the refunds which is unfortunately out of our hands. We hope the experience has not put you off ordering from us in the future and would be happy to assist with any other requirements.
