Their reaction to Covid was very poor and I will not be booking with them again.
I would not recommend them to friends. We have booked and had several great properties but their reaction to Covid19...

I couldn't get hold of Sykes to discuss issues with the property.
There were a couple of issues with the property but I couldn't get through to Sykes to discuss it with them.
