Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your trip. As a result of your comments, we have now implemented a pre trip policy for our technique tours whereby we speak to guests individually to ensure we have some pre trip notes on what they are trying to achieve. Usually this is done in the initial briefing on day one, however we sincerely apologise if this didn’t work for you on this trip.

We are sorry again that you didn’t feel that this trip was value for money - on this point we can only assure you that to receive this amount of coaching from an Olympian would be extremely expensive if bought outside of a technique holiday.

I’m aware you have been in contact with the office over email, please don’t hesitate to follow up if there is anything further we can help with / rectify.
