It seems you are getting us confused with someone else as this review makes no sense.
1 - We are a free to use website and have been since the site started in 2012.
2 - We have no subscription plan and never have in the 12 years we've been online.
3 - All communication is deal with via support ticket. We do not provide and direction to call, nor do we discuss anyone's account on the telephone. W can confirm that you have not attempted to contact us using our support ticket system.
4 - The only activity on your account was to participate in a few paid surveys, which you then received payment for and susequently cashed out within a few hours.
