I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service provided to you, I would like to explain to you further why we cannot allow any changes to an order once placed.
To allow for speed of production, our system is fully automated, once an order has been placed we are unable to add or remove any products or make amendments if a spelling error is made or you have changed your mind.
Our product previewer is designed to allow you to add your own details and review your product before placing your order. We also ask that you take a moment to check the items in your shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout.
Once your order has been paid for, It goes straight to the printer, regardless of the amount of time it takes you to contact us.
