Reasonable crackers - poor delivery
Attempts to resolve the situation were reasonable but ultimately ineffectual. Crackers did not arrive on time

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry that there were delays with your delivery, and a box of crackers was missing from the initial order. This doesn't meet our expectations, and after investigating we discovered the carrier we use unfortunately lost one of the boxes, resulting in further delays when sending out a new box to you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will be reviewing this issue to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
