We are sorry that the items did not reach you in the best possible condition and we have now changed how we package crockery items to try and reduce the breakage risk further. We are aware of various disposable glasses on the market, however, as with all of the products that we include in our catalogue, we spend a lot of time and effort to ensure that we select products that fit our customers’ requirements.
