Thank you for your feedback. We would like to apologise for the wait that you endured for your bead. However, as it was part of a limited edition collection we were only allocated a certain amount of beads at a time, and therefore had to despatch them on a first come, first serve basis. We would like to apologise for the lack of communication you received regarding this issue and hope that it does not affect you shopping with Steffans in the future.
Regarding the quality of the beads, again we can only apologise, but as previously stated the beads were limited edition and sent to ourselves in batches. Therefore, we were unable to select specific beads for specific customers. We endeavour to provide the highest possible service for every customer at Steffans, and as you have shopped with us before, we hope that you are aware of our usually extremely high standards.
