Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we are sent images of the packaging from the brand and these are what we use as images for packaging on every item. As your order was for a scarf there is different packaging, and it is a fault of our own that we have not made this cleared; and for any confusion we may have caused we apologise. In regards to the bag we offer sincere apologies, as we endeavour to provide the finest products for all of our customers. We hope that this rare slip in our usually extremely high standards does not affect you shopping with us here at Steffans in the future.

one of the 2 glass charms i originally ordered was out of stock so i provided 2 alternatives. I received both alternatives and not the other original charm. Very disappointed
