Avoid
Really inconsistent firm. Hassle you to death if you miss a payment or are having difficulties but don’t reply when you have queries of your own.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I'm sorry you have had this negative experience. We always try and contact our customers, as soon as possible, if a payment is missed in order to understand the reason for non-payment and rectify the situation as soon as possible. Regarding the lack of reply to queries while our process allows up to 7 working days for us to respond to all email requests we do aim to send them out the same day where ever possible. I appreciate this may not have been the case for you, without further information, I wouldn't be able to comment. As stated this would be against our normal process and certainly an exception to the norm. If you would like to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact us on 01244 200746.
