you sent me a part that is second hand and broken, charged a silly price for post and now i have to pay to send it back !!!!

The items we sell are brand new, we don't sell open or used items, and if by mistake in the transport something happened, as per our online orders policy, we are more than glad to replace the faulty items provided you email us at sales@sparksdirect.co.uk.
