Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback. We are always looking at ways to improve and we are working on giving smaller time windows and always call on the day with a better time slot. The website does offer live updates of the status of your order if you need any assistance with this please do call the customer services team who will be happy to help.

Reliable and convenient
They were punctual and friendly. I especially appreciate that they text in the morning to let you know the specific time when they will be arriving.
