We do still offer the option for you to receive your documents through the post but we do give a £15 discount for customers who elect to obtain their documents via the online portal as we are trying to be more environmentally friendly. This is however still relatively new and we do appreciate any feedback from our clients regarding any issues that they may have had whilst trying use the portal, your comments will be taken on board.
