At the time we placed an order with the manufacturer, there were on backorder with no ETA. With your input, we canceled the order since we could not guarantee it would make it in time for your surgery. We're happy you were able to order it from another vendor to receive it in time for your surgery -- Ultimately, that's what matters the most. :) Since you had a overall "great" experience with our team, we do hope you think of us again in the future for other needs.
