No confirmation received
The website was good but after I booked (and paid over £5K!), I’ve now heard nothing at all - no confirmation email - 16 hours later

Hi there, sorry for the delay in the confirmation sending - not the holiday booking experience we want to give! We were having some automation issues over the weekend but you should now have your booking confirmation email. You can also see all your booking details in your skiyodl.com account if you want to check anything. Apologies again for the waiting in limbo and hope you have a great trip!

Great communication lovely helpful staff
Frankie and Ben have been very well helpful with our booking process. They are very quick to reply to queries. The site was easy to book on. Excited for our holiday!

Would Definitely recommend Yodl. We had instant replies from Alex and Frankie and they couldn’t be more helpful with the booking. We were a group of 8 looking for a weeks skiing in France over NYE...
