However, you ordered the Wrinkle Killer Snake Serum 4% which is less efficient that the one at 6%.

Furthermore, you received your product only the 20 of March, so it has been approximately ten days since you are using the product whereas we usually advice our customers to use it during 30 days before seeing the results.
