I personally have looked into your complaint at great length, you advise we had not responded to your complaint, which is not quite strictly true, as we currently have 4 emails that had been sent to you,to which you only responded to one, and on 2 occasions we requested you give us a call so we could discuss your issues, to which you again, did not respond. So the issue with response does not lie in our corner.
We sent a final email asking you, again, to call and speak to our director , again no response, and we advised in that email, that if you did not respond to the email, then we would need to close the case .
You also advise in your feedback that you had read quite a few complaints regarding our company, we are, currently siting at 98 % on feedback, and have been since we opened 10 years ago, so we would like to know where this feedback is that you are referring to.
As a travel company, and any travel company would tell you the same,we are not in control of the operators, and they can change there prices at any time, if you had advised that you were not happy that the price had gone up , you had the option not to proceed , but you did, and then proceeded to complain, after the event.
We have closed the case with yourself as we feel we can not proceed to give any further inform ation than we already have.
