Thank you for leaving your review and we are sorry that you were not happy with our service.
In reality, the delayed delivery wasn't caused by us, we don't work weekends. Especially in current COVID-19 situation, we don't expect our staff to work (they need a rest!).
We try to make this as clear as possible on our website, and all delivery information is clearly linked to on every page of our website.
As above, i am sorry you were not happy but we couldn't do much for you in this case
