We are aware all courier services experienced higher than usual demand following the Easter Bank Holiday and were unable to fulfill all deliveries in their normal timely manner. That said, we take full responsibility for your experience. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate how frustrating this must have been.

I completely understand how frustrating it is not to receive your order on time, especially when you’re unable to get through to someone and then have to track down where the parcel has been left. Not being notified that it was delivered to a neighbour is certainly not the level of service you should expect. While the delivery was carried out by our courier partner, we take this feedback seriously as it reflects on the overall experience we provide. We will be raising this with the courier to prevent this happening again.
