Recenzje sprzedawcy Shuttle Direct United Kingdom

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with the driver — this is not the level of service we aim to provide. You deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism at all times, and we sincerely apologize that this was not the case. Your comment about feeling like a "weight or luggage" is particularly concerning, and we want to assure you that we take this seriously. Every customer should feel valued and respected — not just transported. We appreciate your thoughts on the Shuttle Direct idea, and we're grateful for your input. We'll be reviewing this experience with the relevant team to ensure improvements are made so that future services reflect the care and quality you rightfully expect. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust.
