Hi David,
I checked out your job and your budget. I suppose ServiceSeeking is a platform for licensed and professional businesses and they do charge per their experience.
I suggest trying Airtasker for a small repair job that doesn't require a professional, licensed tradesperson.
Hope that helps you find someone meet your budget requirements.

1, I never put a said budget I am prepared to pay accordingly 2 , I was referring to interest of only 3 companies and 3 , of the 3 to contact me 1 was too expensive 1 wanted to quote once at my premises and the third got my work after a few messages . Dave.
