Recenzje sprzedawcy The Gambia Experience

Thank you for your review and for 5 stars despite a couple of small elements you had problems with. If you have mentioned these issues on your holiday questionnaire they would have been fed back to the hotel.

We are sorry to hear you became unwell during your holiday. This is never what anyone wants! Unfortunately 'Banjul belly' as it is known, is a very common occurrence in The Gambia. It is also a shame you did not enjoy the food served a Ngala. The topic of food is very subjective as we do generally receive very positive feedback. I do hope you managed to enjoy your stay somewhat, despite your illness!

This is great to hear! We are so pleased you enjoyed your first visit to The Gambia and stay at the amazing Kombo Beach. We can't wait to welcome you back again sometime.

Thank you for the positive feedback, we are so pleased you enjoyed the improvements made and look forward to welcoming you back.

Wow thank you so much for the really lovely review! We would love to welcome you back again sometime.

It is true to say the staff do their utmost to try and make your stay as enjoyable as possible and are very friendly. It is great to hear you find Kombo Beach one of the best hotels in the area, that is such a compliment for the team there, thank you.

We are delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and were pleased with your apartment. They are really lovely and the grounds well kept. Thank you for the 5 stars.

We are sorry to hear this as we generally receive positive feedback on the entertainment on offer. I do hope you enjoyed the other elements of your stay.
