Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry we were unable to assist you with booking car hire for your holiday. I see you booked only 3 days before departure and I am able to explain that at this time, many car hire companies in Corsica were experiencing difficulties with the delivery of various car types and supply was limited. I understand you did manage to book a car locally and I hope this allowed you to enjoy the island of Corsica.

Glad you liked the accommodation but I am sorry for any confusion regarding the extent of cleaning needed on departure. Full details should be given by our representative and the owner in their welcome meetings and I have asked that they ensure this is clear.
