We are very sorry to hear you were unable to exchange to an alternate date. Although all bookings are made on a non transferable basis, where at all possible we will endeavour to accommodate any request for an exchange depending on circumstances, availability and proximity to the show date you are scheduled to attend. If this was not possible in your instance then please accept our sincere apologies.
We hope this in some way offers an explanation as to why an exchange was not possible and look forward you to booking with See Tickets in the future. If you have any further comment, feedback or query, please feel free to contact us at Feefo@seetickets.com.
Best regards,
See Tickets
