We now have a free postage option on all of our products. To order a card with a blank envelope please select the option "Send back to me with a blank envelope" rather than "send direct to the recipient". We use state-of-the-art HP Indigo printers to produce our cards and the result is equivalent or better than what you find in our stores. If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact customer services and will happily provide you with a replacement or refund. Scribbler Customer Services

We use Royal Mail to deliver our products and while they are usually very reliable, occasionally cards are delayed or lost in the post. If your card did not arrive within the time specified on the website, we are happy to give you a refund or replacement, and a discount against your next order.
