You sent the wrong product with the right receipt I brought it to my local Sally's in Magherafelt, Co.derry and Anna was more than helpful in getting me the right thing😆

Thank you for your reply. I did call after I collected my parcel to explain my confusion and ask that you look into making this service more obvious that its simply a delivery service and not click and reserve service. Due to it being vat free day (and advised the invoice shows vat and that would still be deducted etc) I was focused on that and overlooked the delivery charge. I now know it is there to be seen, in hindsight, but unfortunately I missed it. I asked on the phone if I could have a refund of the delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill but it was declined.
