It should not have happened at all in the first place. I have been a long-standing customer of Roomes as have my parents. It will not deter me but I will not accept this level of non-customer service again.

Almost satisfied

Excellent and attentive. However when the chairs were delivered I was given a care package for wood. They are metal chairs.
