We apologise for the supply error with your ottoman. The wrong colour was noticed in our warehouse when the drivers were loading your order and immediately we called your wife who confirmed the delivery to go ahead as planned. At the same time we informed her we would place an order straight away for the correct colour ottoman and a letter has been sent to confirm this. We are sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused but please be assured we are doing all we can to obtain the correct colour ottoman as soon as possible.

First class service and excellent products some problem with delivery
Ordered a table i JANUARY, so far have been delivered two table which have had to be sent back for poor quality. currently awaiting for our third table, we chose rooms for quality furniture...

We apologise for the problems you are experiencing with our service. Michael Roome is aware of your situation and has been in direct contact with the Managing Director of our supplier with regard to their quality control procedure.We have been assured that measures have now been put in place to ensure the problems you have encountered do not happen in the future and we have been informed that your replacement table will be inspected personally by the supplier's MD.
We always endeavour to reach a satisfactory solution with our suppliers to any problems encountered but if we find this is not forthcoming we do take action to remove those suppliers from our store.
We will contact you again as soon as we receive your replacement table.
