Thank you for your feedback. As we spoke during the sale of the property in order to resolve your concerns I felt it would be appropriate for me to respond to your feedback comments as well. I am of course sorry to hear that despite our extensive conversations you remained dissatisfied with our service. It was my understanding when we last spoke that having resolved your concern about the photography by the team returning several times to ensure the weather and light showed the property to best effect externally and then actively promoting your property via our widely viewed Facebook pages in addition to the standard marketing package, that the transaction had moved forward to a successful conclusion.
