I’ve looked into your order and can confirm that Click & Collect was selected at checkout. As a result, your order was held at our Poole warehouse for collection. Our sales team attempted to contact you to confirm your collection plans, especially as we noticed you’re based in London. Unfortunately, by the time we were able to reach you and arrange for the parcel to be posted, 5 working days had passed. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. If you place an order again please select the correct delivery option

Hi. I'm sorry you are not happy with the brush. When properly cared for, the filament we use is more durable than other market alternatives. For best results, use the brush primarily with water and avoid using it for tasks like cleaning down tools. We recommend hanging the brush to dry whenever possible and storing it in a way that avoids putting pressure on the bristles. The hybrid and pure bristle options are more long-lasting than the Evo model
