They promote the idea of letting you work when you want, but when I told them I could only work 2 days a week they didn't offer me any more jobs

Hi, that has absolutely no bearing on your matches.

Having looked at your profile, you only have one job type, which is limiting your matches.

Add some more - everything that you are good at and like doing, and you'll see more.

It's been good

The communication has usually been good. Sometimes I click on jobs immediately after receiving the email and it has already gone. Also sometimes the shifts for Tigers are confirmed at short notice.
