Your representative was excellent. Very accommodating, efficient and very up beat. You could not have asked for anything more. She was able to correct my mistake and did it most willingly.

Online booking is easy and have used Red Tag in the past :)
Option was there to preorder food for flights however I couldn't order more than one item and there's 2 of us travelling. I'll follow up...
