Excellent customer service; they took their time to ensure my needs were me
I have never had an issue with Red Tag. My most recent experience was excellent and the customer service rep was very good.

I use Redtag 2-3 times a year and I love it because it's fast and easy, but if you have to change your ticket or cancel it, insurance is too expensive.
There should be a way of changing your ticket...

Thank you for providing your review. This allows us an opportunity to address your concerns. We appreciate the frustration you must be feeling as pricing of travel can be very fluid. Our web site is live and connected directly to the tour operators, airlines, cruise lines and consolidators. All prices displayed during an online search are based on cached data that can be a few hours old. The last screen before the booking is confirmed is where a third party supplier software accesses live pricing and inventory. Automated tools are used to constantly seek out the latest prices and inventory from tour operators, airlines, cruise lines and consolidators and bring it to a centralized database, which is called a ‘shopping’ database. It’s not live, but it is updated frequently enough to be virtually live. Please feel confident, we do value your business and assure you of our very best intentions at all times.

Prompt. What I don't like is the prices for flights that come up are always wrong for Delta!! But at least you correct them if they change right away.
