Poor Service from call centre
Placed order online and got an email saying that it was being reviewed as I used my credit card to purchase a ticket for my girlfriend. I have previously booked twice with red tag before for trips...

We apologize for any misunderstanding.  Your past bookings were in a different system which Diana did not see.   Our company policy is that we do not accept third party credit cards.  As you had booked with our agency previously we authorized that your reservation could be processed.   If there are any other ways that we can serve you better at this time or in the future please let us know at customerservice@redtag.ca. Our first time to book with redtag online. But we always check redtag first for thier rates and compare and so far we found that they have better deals. We found it easier to check on their website...
