Not happy with customer care!
I had to cancel my trip due to health issues regarding my pregnancy. But they didn’t do anything I lost the full amount and they even charged me $113 per person for cancelation.

Most reservations, once booked, are 100% non-refundable. Our fee schedule for agency fees is also provided in our Term & Conditions, which you must agree to prior to confirming a reservation.
