Please note that before finalizing an online purchase, clients are required to acknowledge the terms and conditions by selecting a checkbox. These terms include the applicable cancellation policy. Once a booking is confirmed, the terms take effect. In this case, because the departure date was within 21 days, the reservation was 100% non-refundable. Our records also indicate that when you contacted our office to request a cancellation, you were offered the option of adding the tour operator’s protection plan, which would have provided a future travel credit. This option was declined.
