Please note, change and cancellation fees are in effect as soon as a booking is confirmed. The tour operator does not have a 24-hour policy to make changes to the reservation. The change and cancellation fees were outlined in our Terms & Conditions, and the suppliers Terms & Conditions, which were agreed to prior to confirming your reservation online. Horrible
Horrible service. Never book with them. They charge $20 less than the airline but will charge you for luggage, and any changes including UPGRADES
