Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the upset of finding a lower price after confirming your reservation. Upon reviewing the reservation, our records show we didn't have a price drop promotion at the time that your booking was made. Pricing of travel can be very fluid, and all rates and availability are solely determined by the tour operators. We recognize that this can still be frustrating for our clients who have already confirmed their vacation, prior to a price drop. Pricing and inventory do fluctuate and as you will hopefully concur, this is an area where we have absolutely no control. Our records show a supervisor has been in contact with you regarding this matter. Please feel confident, we do value your business and assure you of our very best intentions at all times.
