Sorry to hear of your experience. Having taken the opportunity to review your training, I can see that you passed your Part 2 test on the 29th July. Your Part 3 training commenced as of the 10th August. We need to allow time to schedule your online and in-car training and you were correctly advised of this by the training department. In regards to the costs, you were informed prior to your enrolment of the price of the Part 2 & 3 training package. When you consider the level of training you’ll receive in exchange. Just the 34 hours of standard in-car training alone would cost around £1,000 with a private trainer and that’s before you consider the further 42 hours of in-car training if you opt to take a trainee licence bringing that total to over £2000. Remember, there’s then our online learning centre, the reference materials and comprehensive training manuals sent to you in the post during your journey, the support of our training support teams…the list goes on. I wish you well with your Part 3 training.
