Nothing like what was promised on phone
I was phoned and promised hard copies of a particular journal. After 3months I've still not received a single journal. Tried to phone but difficult to get through. Not impressed and now feel I should...

did an hours training and when I pressed finish the page said I was not authorised to view it. Also one of the answers on the exam was wrong.
