Our Travel Department Supervisor replied to your emailed query yesterday with a clarification as to the payments due and charged to your credit card; I suspect our email and your feedback posting have overlapped. We really do value your feedback and thank you for taking the time to do so. Unfortunately, there are times when it is not always so easy to receive a room confirmation as quickly as we would like. Please rest assure that this is not certainly not usual and we are excellent at updating our clients as to the progress of their bookings throughout the entire process.
