Thanks for your query. I'm afraid that this was due to a telephone system failure at our office; we were both unable to receive calls or to track who had tried unsuccessfully to reach us. Although this has now been repaired, I'm sorry for the frustration it clearly caused you. We've got 10 telephone lines into our sales department so it is unusual for there to be much delay in us answering calls. One of our sales team has been in touch with you and we look forward to you joining us on your holiday to Majorca. Angus Russell Planning Manager
