Thanks for your feedback and we're glad to hear that you enjoyed your holiday. I'm not entirely sure what happened here with regard to the daily programme; our policy is that if you don't participate in a locally arranged day's walk or other activity you shouldn't have to pay for it. One of the principal reasons we do not include these costs in the holiday charge is to allow the flexibility, wherever possible, for group members to participate in as little or as much of the holiday arrangement as they choose. We're sorry for any confusion but hope you did ultimately enjoy the walks you took where you might otherwise have taken an extra free day. Angus Russell Planning Manager
