Please feel free to ask us anything. I am the Cuban Product Manager and know the country well. I would be happy to help. David Kay Product Manager

We're sorry for the consternation caused here, you should have received explanation of the price difference at the time of booking and certainly a response to your emailed query. I can clarify that since the brochure was produced we have adjusted the programme to include three meals during the week at local restaurants in Alberobello and, for reasons beyond our control, have unfortunately had to change airline for flights for this particular date which has resulted in higher travel costs and the consequent repricing of the holiday. I hope this answers your concerns and that you very much enjoy your next holiday with us to Italy this Autumn. Angus Russell Planning Manager

Thanks for your feedback; we do offer the opportunity to share a twin room with another group member of the same sex on most holidays as mentioned in our brochure and website. However, this particular holiday is one of the few exceptions. Rather than having being been withdrawn, the option to share in this particular case had never been offered and made available. On other holidays where we do offer the option to share, these places can be subject to availability, particularly as the departure date nears as we remain liable to the hotels for the under-occupancy supplements for not using both beds in the room. I'm sorry for the frustration that this limitation has caused you, but I hope this explanation at least clarifies our reasoning. Angus Russell Planning Manager
