We're sorry that our online booking process caused you a little concern, particularly so late at night. Our Accounts and IT departments have both had a look at your booking record and booking process. It appears that the glitch relates to the electronic process passing through your card issuer's security check. However your online booking does seem to have gone through without problem. Thanks for your feedback here and on your post-holiday questionnaire. We're glad you enjoyed your holiday but are sorry you didn't get quite as much background information from our tour leader as you had hoped. We have recently begun to progressively incorporate a lot of local information relating to local information and curiosities into the walks guidance notes provided to our tour leaders and this should start to benefit our tour leaders and their groups fairly soon. All our leaders do receive both written advice and guidance for all holidays they lead as well the the opportunity to discuss the tour with a leader who has blazed the trail before them.
