Although this should be almost instantaneous, we are aware of some cases where on completing the online booking process there is some uncertainty if everything has been processed. With all debit and credit card payments these days having to be rerouted through external secure servers and card providers adding layers of security to their electronic card processing systems, occasionally the reassuring 'transaction successful' messages fail to display despite both bookings and payments going through as planned. We are actively working with our payment processing partners to ensure a reliable, immediate and reassuring confirmation of bookings made.
