I'm sorry we've frustrated you with our credit card procedures - the reason that we ask for details in advance is to be able to confirm your requested arrangements without delay or risk of losing a hotel room (flight seat or other part of your holiday arrangement) through having to go back and forwards to request separate payment for each holiday component. We would only actually charge your card if we were able to provide what you had specifically requested and would revert to you should there be any change in availability, standard or price before proceeding. You should also be aware that our payment card procedures are highly regulated and we are required store card details on dedicated secure servers to safeguard the security of your data.
