Co Trusted Customer sądzi o RAC Breakdown Cover:

Great service. Poor customer retention

Have got prompt response even at odd hours and the engineers could help me get back on road with just 10-15 min of work. Would have given 5 star, but the renewal experience wasn’t great and so is...

Co Trusted Customer sądzi o RAC Breakdown Cover:

Having been with the "other company" for many many years, seeing their "renewal" price, and comparing it with the price offered by the RAC, THE DECISION TO SWITCH WAS A NO BRAINER

Co Trusted Customer sądzi o RAC Breakdown Cover:

RAC rubbish

If I'd realised they only serve cars under 15 years old I would have gone elsewhere. My classic car and motorcycle collection will be covered by an alternative company. I will not renew.

Stay away from RAC.

Thankfully never had to use it during my 2 months of cover. Customer service absolutely shocking! Would never use them again. Cost me £71 for 2 months cover! £61 of £119 policy is an admin fee...

Rip-off if you just renew - cheaper to do new application on - disgraceful

I saved nearly £70 by cancelling my renewal (by post) and re-applying for the same cover online. What a RIP-OFF

Its helpful to know that if anything should happen, I am with the best.

I was able to get cover for my car online easier than I thought and the fact that you don't have to pay all in one go.
