Just wanted to follow up my orginal feedback for this service. Following a telephone conversation with an aloof RAC operator they stated that as per the T&Cs of the Passport any mileage on the car check cannot be verified by the RAC therefore any requested for a refund even partial was ruled out. Really disappointment with the service provided.

Registration changes

Previous changes of registration not clear. Possibly just adding and removing private plates but could be something else.

Thank you for your feedback. The only plate changes that flags up on the report would have been done directly through the DVLA, and therefore would not affect the value of the vehicle or make the vehicle any less credible.

To be honest, my passport was reissued after the error was corrected. You should be able to see the change between the two versions of the report. I can't see whi I have to call again. Happy to speak if you need to call Thanks
