did a nice efficient job of changing the media but did not check the water softness
is he sure the settings are right ? We are not either.

We had Puronics at our previous address for over 20 years. It makes the water taste great and feel good. We wouldn’t be without puronics. The service technicians are always on time and courteous.
The tech was on time, polite, and did a good job. Also cleaned up everything so no mess or fuss for us.
